Zeke Upshaw, a player for the Grand Rapids Drive of the NBA G League, collapsed on the court at the end of a game against the Long Island Nets on Saturday night, according to mlive.com.
Upshaw fell onto his stomach with 40 seconds left in the game. He was taken off the court by stretcher and brought to a hospital, but his condition is unknown as of Sunday morning.

The Drive released a statement saying an update would be provided once available.
Upshaw, 26, played collegiately at Illinois State and Hofstra. It was his second season with the Drive, the G League affiliate of the Detroit Pistons.
