Sen. John McCain, Arizona Republican, picked an NCAA Tournament bracket and posted it to Twitter Wednesday afternoon. See if you can spot the issue:
Finished my #MarchMadness bracket - very proud #Arizona has two teams competing this year! #BearDown #ForksUp pic.twitter.com/TDPyT652s8

Predictably, McCain has the University of Arizona representing his home state proudly and winning the title. He picked basketball blue-bloods North Carolina, Duke and UCLA to join the Wildcats in the Final Four. But UCLA lost its First Four play-in game to St. Bonaventure Tuesday — the night before McCain posted his bracket.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan also supported a team from his state, but that team has slightly longer odds of winning the tournament:
They say a 16 will never upset a 1, but we’ve been known to beat the odds around here from time to time. #MarchMadness #RetrieverNation pic.twitter.com/t4nu4quUlv

UMBC is the only team from Maryland in this year’s field of 68. The Retrievers face the No. 1 overall seed, Virginia, in the first round Friday night.
