PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A Beaverton cosmetic surgeon previously released from jail on his own recognizance on suspicion of sexually assaulting two patients has been arrested again after being indicted for the alleged abuse of six more women under his care.

The Oregonian/OregonLive reports 49-year-old George Allen of Camas, Washington was arrested Thursday.

He faces charges of rape, unlawful sexual penetration, first- and third-degree sexual abuse and kidnapping. The indictment says the abuse allegedly occurred between January 2012 and April 2018.

Court records show Allen is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Circuit Court in July.

Beaverton police said the alleged victims were patients of Allen’s at Nu U Laster Centers. The business has locations in Beaverton and Vancouver. State corporate filings show Allen is the owner.

Allen was initially arrested in May. It wasn’t known if he has a lawyer.
