The Washington Capitals announced their annual Fan Fest will take place Saturday, June 30 at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington. The day will include a chance for fans to take their picture with the Stanley Cup.
Photo-ops will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but the photo line will officially close at 1:15 p.m. A Capitals photographer will take one photo per person — either a group shot or individual photo — and cellphone pictures will be prohibited.
Besides the Cup photo-op, the day also will include a public skate and equipment sale. The Capitals’ development camp will wrap up the day with a 10 a.m. scrimmage open to the public.
