BATH, N.H. (AP) - National Weather Service officials say another tornado touched down in northern New Hampshire earlier this week.
The agency had previously confirmed a tornado briefly hit Lincoln after seeing a hiker’s video of the twister Monday.
WMUR -TV reports that another tornado touched down in Bath just after 3 p.m. that day. The tornado had a maximum width of 25 yards and wind speeds of 75 mph.
Officials say the twister uprooted several trees.
The Weather Service issued three tornado warnings in the area over a 90-minute period.
Thousands of people across northern New England lost power from the strong winds and rainstorms. Three people in New Hampshire were displaced after a tree fell on their home.
