HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey craft brewery is brewing a special beer to help a local American Legion post badly damaged during Superstorm Sandy get back on its feet.

902 Brewing Company in Hoboken has partnered with American Legion Post 107 in the city to make the Heaven, Hell or Hoboken India pale ale. The Asbury Park Press reports a portion of all beer sales will support the rebuilding of Post 107, which had its facility badly damaged by Superstorm Sandy.

902 Brewing President Colby Janisch said in a statement Monday that the brewery thought the beer would be a great way to give back to the community.

Post commander John Carey has been working for two years to rebuild and add six housing units for homeless veterans in the process.
