The Stanley Cup Final ended almost two weeks ago, but it’s doubtful that Washington Capitals fans need a break from hockey. Now there are new games to look forward to.

The Capitals released their 2018 preseason schedule Monday, with seven total games and three at Capital One Arena.

Washington will kick off the exhibition schedule with two games against the Boston Bruins, first in Boston on Sept. 16 and then at home on Sept. 18.

After three more games away from the District, the Capitals will finish with home games against the Carolina Hurricanes on Sept. 28 and the St. Louis Blues on Sept. 30.

The television broadcast schedule for the preseason has yet to be announced, but select games will be aired on radio partner FAN 106.7.
