A sexual assault case involving “Rocky” actor Sylvester Stallone is being reviewed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s sex crimes team, they confirmed on Wednesday.

Greg Risling, spokesman for the District Attorney’s office, said that case was brought forward by the city of Santa Monica, Reuters reported.

Details of this new case have not been released yet.

Mr. Stallone, 71, faced allegations before, in November of 2017. He was accused by a woman who said it happened during filming for “Over the Top.”

A spokesperson for Mr. Stallone denied all allegations for the 2017 incident.
