Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky said Monday he’ll ask President Trump to revoke former CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearance.
The Republican senator’s pledge came as he accused the former head spy of profiting off his security clearance by criticizing the president during several interviews.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson said on Thursday that Mr. Brennan still had access to classified documents, despite no longer working for the federal government.
Mr. Paul has been a vocal defender of Mr. Trump’s performance at the Helsinki summit and slammed Mr. Brennan, one of the president’s harshest critics.
Mr. Brennan recently called the president’s comments in Finland “nothing short of treasonous” and suggested that the intelligence community may start withholding information from Mr. Trump.
