President Trump questioned Thursday why Attorney General Jeff Sessions has not taken any action against former FBI lawyer Lisa Page who has ignored a subpoena to testify before Congress.
As I head out to a very important NATO meeting, I see that FBI Lover/Agent Lisa Page is dodging a Subpoena & is refusing to show up and testify. What can she possibly say about her statements and lies. So much corruption on the other side. Where is the Attorney General? @FoxNews

Ms. Page, who was briefly part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian collusion during the 2016 election, has refused to comply with a subpoena to testify before the House Judiciary and Oversight and Government Reform Committees.
On Wednesday, the chairs of both committees threatened to hold Ms. Page in contempt if she does not appear before Congress by Friday morning. Her attorney, Amy Jeffress, said in statement on Wednesday that they didn’t have enough time to prepare for the hearing. Ms. Jeffress asked Congress for another date for a closed-door interview and accused Republican lawmakers of bullying tactics.
The president questioned why Mr. Sessions hasn’t stepped in to force Ms. Page to testify. A frequent target of the president’s ire, Mr. Sessions has recused himself from the Russia investigation, which has clearly irritated the president. In the past, Mr. Trump has said that he would not have picked Mr. Sessions to be attorney general if he was going to recuse himself.

Mr. Trump’s remarks come as Ms. Page’s lover, FBI agent Peter Strzok is set to testify openly before Congress. Last month, Mr. Strozk testified privately before two house committees for 11 hours.
