SOMERS POINT, N.J. (AP) - A company is giving more than 100 employees in New Jersey and Delaware a paid day off so they can celebrate the Eagles in Philadelphia at the Super Bowl parade.

Erco chief operating officer Ron Meischker tells NJ.com the ceiling installation and distribution company wanted to reward its workers with something special that they’ll remember.

Meischker says the employees are similar to the Super Bowl champs because they “work hard, they overcome adversity and they find ways to help the company.”
