CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (AP) - The Latest on the trial of a former Virginia Tech student in the death of a 13-year-old girl (all times local):

Lawyers for a former Virginia Tech student charged with killing a 13-year-old girl have issued a subpoena for his alleged accomplice to testify at his trial.
David Eisenhauer is charged in the 2016 stabbing death of Nicole Lovell of Blacksburg. Prosecutors say the girl climbed out her bedroom window to meet Eisenhauer in 2016 after the two communicated through an instant messaging app. Her body was found three days later.
Natalie Keepers, who was also a Virginia Tech student, is charged as an accessory before the fact. Prosecutors allege she helped Eisenhauer plan the killing.
Eisenhauer’s lawyers have issued a subpoena for Keepers to testify at his trial, but her lawyers are fighting it. In court documents, they argue that “most, if not all” of any testimony Keepers gives for either the defense or prosecution would incriminate her.
Jailed since her arrest, Keepers is scheduled to face trial in September.
