LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) - A Georgia man accused of holding a North Carolina teenager against her will in his home has been granted bond.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports a Gwinnett County judge set bond Monday at $75,000 for 32-year-old Michael Wysolovski on charges including sodomy, cruelty to children and false imprisonment. He’ll also have to wear a GPS-monitoring ankle bracelet and have no contact with the girl and her family.
The FBI had said in June the 17-year-old girl was found in Duluth after disappearing from her Charlotte home for more than a year.
Defense attorney Matt Crosby said Wysolovski’s relationship with the girl was consensual.
