BALTIMORE (AP) - A man accused of fatally shooting three co-workers in Maryland and attempting to murder an acquaintance in Delaware on the same day last fall will face his first trial in May.
The Baltimore Sun reported Friday that the trial for Radee Prince is slated for May 8 in Delaware. Authorities say he shot an acquaintance in the head at a used car lot in Wilmington.
The acquaintance survived. Prince faces a possible sentence of life without parole if convicted.
In Maryland, he faces three counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder. Prosecutors say Prince shot five co-workers at Advanced Granite Solutions in Harford County. Two co-workers survived.
Authorities say Prince’s shooting spree began in Maryland on the morning of Oct. 18.
