The Austin (Texas) American-Statesman ran a full-page ad purchased by a local resident after quarterback Nick Foles led the Philadelphia Eagles to win the Super Bowl.
That resident was none other than actor Matthew McConaughey.

Foles and McConaughey both hail from the capital of Texas. The page is a bit sparse, but McConaughey didn’t need to be verbose and was likely channeling his “all right, all right, all right” brand of coolness.
There’s one problem: Most football fans in the state of Texas root for the Dallas Cowboys, and, by the transitive property, against the very Philadelphia Eagles that Foles plays for. But McConaughey doesn’t seem to care: He’s a Washington Redskins fan, after all.
