SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - The owners of a hotel in the Vermont city of South Burlington would like to build another on the same property.
The Burlington Free Press reports that the owners of the owners of the Holiday Inn at Dorset Street and Williston Road would like to add a Hampton Inn & Suites to the front of the property.
If approved, the six-story, 100-unit building would be the sixth hotel in the area near the intersection of Interstate 89 and Williston Road.
The location where the new hotel would be built is currently the parking lot for the existing Holiday Inn, which would be fully renovated and remain open.
