GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Authorities in South Carolina have arrested a 19-year-old accused of entering a home and shooting at two people on Christmas Day.
Warrants released Monday by the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office show that Casey Aaron Prince was charged with offenses, including first-degree burglary.
Deputies tell news outlets that Prince entered the home and began shooting, hitting two people. They say he was subdued and injured by other residents. Authorities say the shooting happened after a verbal altercation earlier in the day.
Prince was released from a hospital Monday. The two shooting victims are expected to recover.
It’s unclear if Prince has a lawyer who could comment.
