PHILADELPHIA — No Colt McCoy, no problem?

After the Redskins quarterback left Monday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a right lower leg injury, backup quarterback Mark Sachez entered the game — and running back Adrian Peterson immediately ripped off a 90-yard touchdown run that gave the Redskins a 10-7 lead.

The burst was a career-long for the 33-year-old Peterson, according to the team.

McCoy was hurt near the end of the first quarter. He is questionable to return.
