President Trump called on Congress Monday to work on a bipartisan health care plan, in light of a controversial court ruling that struck a major blow to Obamacare.

On Friday, a federal judge in Texas found the 2010 law unconstitutional because of the individual mandate penalty.

The ruling is expected to spark a heated fight in the court system and on Capitol Hill, where Democrats who rally for the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, and Medicare for All will soon take over the House.
