The Democratic Party can count on plenty of Hollywood cash from women in 2020 if it turns to Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke, Sen. Kamala Harris or Oprah Winfrey.

A survey of The Hollywood Reporter’s annual “Women in Entertainment Power 100” found a lot of love for the man who failed to vanquish Sen. Ted Cruz during the midterm elections, along with the former California attorney general.

The magazine also received smatterings of support for former Vice President Joe Biden, along with dreams of former first lady Michelle Obama throwing her hat in the ring.

Some responses to THR’s survey include:

  • Victoria Alonso, executive vice president physical and postproduction, Marvel Studios: “A version of Kamala Harris and Beto O’Rourke. Or Beto and Kamala.”
  • Nicole Clemens, president, Paramount TV: “George Clooney/Beto O’Rouke.”
  • Pearlena Igbokwe, president, Universal TV: “Kamala Harris and anyone.”
  • Aleen Keshishian, Lighthouse Media & Management: “Michelle Obama and Beto O’Rourke.”
  • Amy Pascal, producer: “Oprah and Elizabeth Warren.”
  • Sandra Stern, president, Lionsgate TV: “Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. That would be exciting to me.”

Ms. Winfrey ranked at the top of the list for THR’s Hollywood insider poll, but the media mogul has repeatedly shot down the idea of a 2020 campaign.

“I think about Oprah, the power of women and the power she personally brings,” Time’s Up CEO Lisa Borders told the magazine on Tuesday. “The platform that she has used so beautifully, she’s built over 30 years. When you think of people running for president and the values they hold dear and how they would represent you as an individual and us as a collective, I think she brings all of the talent and values to bear.”
