Wall is coming off a terrible game in which he scored just 1 point, in the Wizards’ loss to the Cavaliers on Saturday. It was revealed after the game that Wall had been dealing with a bone spur in his heel.
Coach Scott Brooks declined to reveal who will start in Wall’s place. Tomas Satoransky is the usual point guard for the “second unit” and may be the one to step into the starter’s role.
Wall also missed a game last week to be present for the birth of his first child, a son.
