LODI, N.Y. (AP) - The Latest on recovery efforts after flash floods hit areas of upstate New York earlier this week (all times local):

Gov. Andrew Cuomo has mobilized state resources to help areas of upstate New York recover from severe flash floods that swept through several communities earlier this week.
The Democrat says Wednesday that transportation department damage assessment teams will survey infrastructure in four counties, while environmental protection and financial services teams are conducting flood response services.
Flash floods caused by torrential rains early Tuesday caused damage to homes and roads from the Finger Lakes to the Binghamton area. Some of the worst damage is in Seneca County, where the rushing water swept vehicles, campers, trees and other debris into Seneca Lake.
There were no reports of fatalities or injuries.

Clean-up and recovery efforts are underway in several upstate New York counties where flash flooding damaged homes, vehicles and infrastructure from the Finger Lakes region to the Binghamton area.
A state of emergency declared by Gov. Andrew Cuomo remains in effect until Aug. 21 in more than a dozen counties. Cuomo issued the declaration Tuesday after touring areas of Seneca and Broome counties where the damage was the most severe.
Tuesday’s pre-dawn downpours caused flash flooding that uprooted trees, flooded homes and swept away vehicles, boats and campers in towns between Seneca and Cayuga lakes.
There were no reports of fatalities or injuries.
Cuomo ordered the New York National Guard to help with recovery efforts in Seneca County, where several roads are washed out or blocked by piles of debris.
