NEW YORK (AP) - The Latest on the trial of the former head of New York City’s jail guard union (all times local):

A former union official who was once thought of as the king of New York City’s jails may be headed to federal prison.
A jury in Manhattan on Wednesday convicted Norman Seabrook of honest services wire fraud and conspiracy.
For two decades, Seabrook was head of the union that represents the city’s corrections officers.
Some wardens said his control over the jails rivaled their own.
Seabrook denied charges that he accepted a $60,000 bribe in exchange for investing millions of union dollars in a hedge fund.
His first trial ended in a deadlocked jury.
Jury deliberations in his retrial began Tuesday.
Jurors initially delivered a split verdict, telling the judge they were deadlocked on the conspiracy charge.
But they came back with a guilty verdict on that count later Wednesday.
