OPINION:
Not enough attention is being paid to the economic effects that a November Democratic takeover of the House and Senate would bring to bear. The economy would contract, causing investment loan defaults, bankruptcies, job losses and less government revenue to help the needy — a classic bust.
Do voters really want to return to the Obama-era stagnant economy with its job-killing high taxes and excessive regulation on business? The Democrats have proven over and over that they are clueless on what makes an economy hum. President Trump, by contrast, knows. Republicans need to get the word out.
