SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - A homeless man has been arrested on suspicion of trespassing at California Gov. Jerry Brown’s home in Sacramento after he allegedly broke a window.

The California Highway Patrol says 51-year-old Steven Seeley was arrested on April 19 and treated at a hospital for cuts he received while breaking the window.

CHP spokeswoman Fran Clader says first lady Anne Gust Brown was upstairs at the time but didn’t have any contact with Seeley.

The Browns live in the governor’s mansion in downtown Sacramento, about 10 blocks from the Capitol.
