BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say a man who was found shot outside of a Broken Arrow store has died from his injuries, and a suspect is in custody.

Broken Arrow police say 27-year-old Dylan Todd Parker of Jenks died after he was shot Wednesday night near a Walmart Neighborhood Market store. Broken Arrow police say Parker had agreed to meet another man, identified as 25-year-old Caleb Lee, for an alleged drug deal.

Police say Parker was shot after the two got into an argument, and he later died of those injuries. Broken Arrow police arrested Lee on a first-degree murder complaint in the case. It wasn’t immediately clear whether Lee had an attorney who could speak on his behalf.

Police say the shooting is Broken Arrow’s first homicide of 2017.
