TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Gov. Doug Ducey has appointed Pima County Superior Court Judge Sean Brearcliffe to fill a vacancy on the Arizona Court of Appeals’ Tucson-based division.

Brearcliffe will fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Michael O. Miller.

Then-Gov. Jan Brewer appointed Brearcliffe to the Superior Court bench in 2013. He previously worked at law firms in Tucson.
