MEDIA, Pa. (AP) - A third accuser has come forward in the case of a Pennsylvania police officer who is accused of sexually assaulting women while on duty.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports (https://bit.ly/2wfymIl ) 47-year-old Chester police officer Albert Ross has been charged with stalking, indecent assault and official oppression in addition to multiple earlier charges.

Delaware County prosecutors say Ross groped a woman, known as victim 3, after asking her for a hug.

Authorities say Ross put his hands down a woman’s pants and fondled her breasts while inside an elevator in the Chester Police Department building. They say he also told another woman to show him her breasts after responding to a call at her residence.

An attorney representing Ross denies the accusations.

Ross is currently suspended without pay.
