MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police in New Hampshire have made an arrest in the case of a 17-year-old boy who was shot in the face near a Manchester park last month.
The teen said he was sitting on a bench when a man approached him and shot him without provocation on Aug. 27. A vehicle seen fleeing the scene was later found with blood and ballistic evidence inside.
An investigation led to the arrest Tuesday of 22-year-old Wade Gop, of Manchester, on an attempted murder charge. It wasn’t immediately known if Gop had a lawyer.
