SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Two members of a Polish death metal band arrested on charges of kidnapping a Washington state woman are in the process of being extradited to Spokane.

The Spokesman-Review reports (https://goo.gl/SHDNqV ) the band’s drummer, 27-year-old Michal Lysejkothe, and 35-year-old guitarist Waclaw Kieltyk, began the extradition process Monday when they were transported from a jail in Los Angeles County, according to Steven Graham, Lysejko’s attorney.

The other two members of Decapitated, 31-year-old lead singer Rafal Piotrowski and 30-year-old bass player Hubert Wiecek, will be transported at a later date.

All four members also are suspected of raping the woman in the alleged incident after a show Aug. 31 but they have not been charged.

Graham told the newspaper the band members would fight kidnapping charges and rape charges if those are filed as well, saying previously, “there’s another side to this.”
