At 71 years old, former President George W. Bush still has some heat on his fastball.
The 43rd president threw out the first pitch before Game 5 of the World Series on Sunday between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Houston Texans at Minute Maid Park.
Bush, of course, famously threw out the first pitch in Game 3 of the 2001 World Series, just over a month after 9/11.
Former George H.W. Bush was also in attendance for Sunday’s game and was greeted on the field before the contest. He announced “Let’s play ball!” for the crowd.
