The Vegas Golden Knights honored victims and first responders of the city’s mass shooting with an emotional video Tuesday before the team’s home opener.
It’s incredibly well-done:
On Oct. 1, 58 people were killed and more than 500 people were injured when a gunman opened fire on a crowd during an outdoor country music festival.
Survivors and first responders also took the ice before the game. In addition, the Golden Knights held a 58-second moment of silence for the number of victims.
The Golden Knights beat the Arizona Coyotes 5-2 on Tuesday and became the first expansion team to start the season with three straight wins.
