President Trump is mistaken on tax reform. The kleptocracy he inherited has been stealing from its citizens for at least the past 100 years. Mr. Trump has an uphill battle ahead of him,

Nonetheless, with respect to tax reform there is no legal or constitutional justification for implementing a percentage tax at all, or at different rates based on income, but for the apostate Congress and past, gratuitous Supreme Court decisions. Also, the president must not allow taxation of assets after death (See Karl Marx’s “10 Planks”). And he will need to dismantle the Ponzi scheme that is Social Security and let the immediate family be responsible for the welfare of its elder members.

Each person should be responsible for paying his share of taxes (i.e., 50 percent of the population can no longer avoid the obligation). Instead, regardless of the wealth or poverty of the family in which a baby is born, impose on that child a fixed-price lifetime tax of between $100,000 and $150,000, or whatever the Congressional Budget Office determines necessary. Right out of the womb, the baby has a tax on his head. I think that is more transparent, in accordance with the Equal Protection Clause, and preferable to a perpetual, unconstitutional progressive or percentage tax.

The kicker though, is once that amount is paid the obligation is retired and no money can be collected thereafter. Can you imagine the prosperity that would follow?
