The Philadelphia Eagles keep winning — and gamblers have gotten behind them.

The Eagles are now barely trailing the New England Patriots as odds-on favorites to win this year’s Super Bowl, according to ESPN.

ESPN reported that the Eagles’ Super Bowl odds are now at 4-1, just behind the Patriots at 7-2. The Eagles are also 2-1 favorites to win the NFC.

The Eagles are 8-1 this season and smashed the Denver Broncos on Sunday in a 51-23 win.

The Eagles, according to ESPN, once had Super Bowl odds as high as 65-1.

Second-year quarterback Carson Wentz has taken a major leap forward and is now a strong candidate for MVP. Some expected the Eagles to be better this season, but few saw them as one of the NFL’s best.
