CENTRAL
AUSTIN: Water stained; 58-65 degrees; 0.8 feet low. Black bass are slow on Texas rigs and jigs. Sunfish are fair to good on cut nightcrawlers. Catfish are fair on cut bait and nightcrawlers.
BASTROP: Water stained; 73-77 degrees. Black bass are good on watermelon soft plastics and crankbaits. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on liver and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
BELTON: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 2.41 feet low. Black bass are fair on black/blue spinnerbaits and Rat-L-Traps. Hybrid striper are fair on live shad. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on hot dogs and shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.
BROWNWOOD: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 2.83 feet low. Black bass are good on yellow spinnerbaits, craw colored jigs, and craw colored crankbaits. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are good on Li’l Fishies, minnows, and shad colored crankbaits off lighted docks at night. Crappie are good on Li’l Fishies and tube jigs over brush piles. Channel catfish are good on liver and doughbait over baited holes. Yellow catfish are slow.
BUCHANAN: Water stained; 75-79 degrees; 4.31 feet low. Black bass are good on chartreuse spinnerbaits and Texas rigged weightless silver flake Whacky Sticks at daylight. Striped bass are fair casting and jigging Spoiler Shads and Rat-L-Traps along the river channel, and drifting or free lining live bait. White bass are fair on Tiny Traps and 2-inch plastic swim baits along the river channel. Crappie are fair on pink/white or chartreuse Curb’s crappie jigs and live minnows. Channel catfish are fair on shrimp, minnows, and stinkbait. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.
CANYON LAKE: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 3.20 feet low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse Rat-L-Traps and white spinnerbaits in 6-15 feet, and on Texas rigged grape Scoundrel worms on shaky head jigs along main lake bluffs. Striped bass are fair jigging blade baits and trolling deep running crankbaits over and around humps at first light. White bass are slow. Smallmouth bass are fair on Smokin’ Green Devil’s Tongues on drop shots and pumpkin Curb’s jigs with matching drop shot worms along ledges and over rock piles in 10-20 feet early. Crappie are fair on minnows and white tube jigs upriver. Channel catfish are fair on shrimp and stinkbait. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.
COLEMAN: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 2.02 feet low. Black bass are good on black/blue soft plastics and Rat-L-Traps. Hybrid striper are slow. Crappie are good on blue tube jigs and live minnows over brush piles. Channel catfish are good on shrimp and liver. Yellow catfish are slow.

LBJ: Water stained; 75-79 degrees; 0.75 feet low. Black bass are good on watermelon soft plastics and wacky rigged green pumpkin Whacky Sticks along laydowns and stumps early and late. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair vertically jigging Pirk Minnows under birds. Crappie are good on chartreuse/white crappie jigs and live minnows over brush piles in 12-15 feet. Channel catfish are good on liver and stinkbait. Yellow and blue catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live bait.
NAVARRO MILLS: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 1.61 feet low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse spinnerbaits and soft plastic worms. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs. NORTHEAST
ATHENS: Water lightly stained; 63-66 degrees; 0.89 feet low. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits, bladed jigs and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are good on minnows and white jigs. Catfish are good on trotlines and prepared bait.
BENBROOK: Water stained; 64-67 degrees; 3.85 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, football jigs and squarebill crankbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows. White bass are fair to good on slabs and minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.

SOUTH
AMISTAD: Water murky; 76-80 degrees; 24.37 feet low. Black bass are good on blue/black and red/black spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and soft plastics. Striped bass are fair on chartreuse crankbaits and striper jigs. White bass are fair on white spinnerbaits, jigging spoons, and minnows. Catfish are good on liver and cheesebait over baited holes. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live perch. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
BRAUNIG: Water murky. Black bass are fair on watermelon spinnerbaits and soft plastic worms. Striped bass are good on green striper jigs and shad. Redfish are fair on shad, shrimp, and silver spoons. Channel catfish are good on shrimp, liver, and nightcrawlers. Blue catfish are slow.
CALAVERAS: Water murky. Black bass are good on watermelon crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are fair on silver striper jigs. Redfish are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp and shad. Yellow catfish are slow.
CHOKE CANYON: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 24.02 feet low. Black bass are good on tequila sunrise soft plastics in 15-25 feet. White bass are fair on Charlie slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are good on nightcrawlers and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
COLETO CREEK: Water clear; 90 degrees at the hot water discharge, 76 degrees in main lake; 0.80 feet low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits in 6-8 feet. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on trotlines and droplines baited with live perch in 8-10 feet. Yellow catfish are slow.
FALCON: Water murky; 78-82 degrees; 17.84 feet low. Black bass are good on chartreuse/black soft plastics and Brush Hogs in 8-20 feet. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are very good on shrimp, cut bait, and stinkbait up the river. Yellow catfish are slow. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
SOUTHEAST
CONROE: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 0.50 feet low. Black bass are good on chartreuse soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Catfish are fair on stinkbait and live bait.
GIBBONS CREEK: Water stained. Black bass are good on watermelon red and watermelon gold soft plastics and Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are good on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait, shrimp, and liver.
HOUSTON COUNTY: Water stained; 69-73 degrees; 0.06 feet high. Black bass to 7 pounds are fair on white crankbaits in 15 feet. Crappie are fair on live minnows in the evening, and on tube jigs early. Bream are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on shad and perch. Yellow catfish are slow.
LIVINGSTON: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 0.82 feet low. Black bass are fair on pumpkinseed crankbaits and soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on watermelon crankbaits and spinnerbaits. Crappie are slow. Blue catfish are fair on perch and shad. Yellow catfish are slow.
SAM RAYBURN: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 1.74 feet low. Black bass are fair on watermelon Rat-L-Traps and deep running crankbaits early and late. White bass are fair on minnows and silver spoons. Crappie are fair on live minnows and black/green tube jigs. Bream are slow. Catfish are good on bloodbait, shrimp, and minnows.

PANHANDLE
GREENBELT: Water off color; 62-71 degrees; 32.11 low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
MACKENZIE: 73.62 feet low. Black bass are fair on spoons and Texas rigs. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers. No reports on crappie.
MEREDITH: Water fairly clear; 59-68 degrees; 47.83 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs, Suspending Rogues and live minnows. No reports of smallmouth bass or walleye. Bream and channel catfish are being caught in good numbers.
WEST
ALAN HENRY: Water clear main lake, stained to muddy upriver; 66 degrees; 4.5 feet low. Black bass are fair on crankbaits and spoons. Crappie and bass are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on punch bait and live worms.
ARROWHEAD: Water fairly clear; 63-72 degrees; 1.9 feet low. Black bass are fair on drop shot rigs, jigs and Texas rigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers.
COLORADO CITY: 14.94 feet low. No report available.
FORT PHANTOM HILL: Water off color; 67-76 degrees; 1.05 feet low. Black bass are fair on shakyheads, chatterbaits and jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers.
HUBBARD CREEK: Water off color; 71-76 degrees; 2.67 feet low. Black bass are fair on split shot weighted flukes, Texas rigs, shakyheads and jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and live shiners.
NASWORTHY: 69-75 degrees; 1.25 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs. No reports on crappie. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers.
OAK CREEK: Water stained; 68-74 degrees; 10.27 feet low. Black bass are fair on drop shot rigs and shakyheads. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers.

POSSUM KINGDOM: Water off color; 72-77 degrees; 0.71 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on drop shot rigs, shakyheads and chrome/black Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs. White bass are fair on slabs and tail spinners. Striped bass are fair on live shad. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers.
SPENCE: 50.47 feet low. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers.
STAMFORD: Water stained; 67-75 degrees; 0.16 feet low. Black bass are fair on drop shot rigs, jigs and shakyheads. Crappie are fair on live minnows. White bass are fair on live bait and Little Georges. Blue catfish are fair on cut and live bait.
SWEETWATER: Water off color; 69-76 degrees; 23.98 feet low. No report available.
WHITE RIVER: Water stained; 68-74 degrees; 20.97 feet low. Black bass are slow to fair on Rat-L-Traps and Texas rigs. No reports on crappie. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
COASTAL
NORTH SABINE: Trout are fair to good under birds and pods of shad on soft plastics. Redfish and flounder are good in the marsh on shrimp.
SOUTH SABINE: Trout are fair to good under birds and pods of shad. Redfish are good at the jetty on live bait and cracked crabs. Flounder are good on the falling tide around marsh drains on jigs tipped with shrimp.
BOLIVAR: Trout, black drum, sand trout and redfish are good at Rollover Pass. Trout are fair to good while drifting shell on plastics. Bull redfish are good on the beachfront.
TRINITY BAY: Trout are good for drifters around the spillway. Trout are good under birds on plastics and topwaters. Redfish are good in the marsh on shrimp.
EAST GALVESTON BAY: Redfish and flounder are fair to good in the marsh around drains on shrimp. Trout and redfish are good under the birds.
WEST GALVESTON BAY: Bull redfish and flounder are good at San Luis Pass on shrimp and shad. Sheepshead, redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on shrimp and crabs.
TEXAS CITY: Gulf trout are good in the channel on fresh shrimp. Sand trout and black drum are good at the wells on fresh shrimp. Flounder are good on Chicken Boy Lures on the edge of the channel.
FREEPORT: Bull redfish are good at jetty on crabs, shrimp and mullet. Redfish are good on the beachfront on shad and mullet. Trout are good on the reefs in Christmas Bay on shrimp.
EAST MATAGORDA BAY: Trout and redfish are fair to good under the birds on Down South Lures, Bass Assassins and Norton Bull Minnows. Trout are fair for drifters on live shrimp over humps and scattered shell.
WEST MATAGORDA BAY: Trout are fair on sand and grass humps on soft plastics and topwaters. Redfish are fair on live shrimp at Shell Island and old Parker’s Cut on shrimp.
PORT O’CONNOR: Bull redfish are good at the jetty on crabs, mullet and shad. Trout are fair to good on the reefs in San Antonio Bay on live shrimp. Flounder are fair to good around Pass Cavallo on Gulps.
ROCKPORT: Redfish are good on the edge of the flats on live shrimp under a popping cork. Trout are fair to good on topwaters around shell in St. Charles Bay and Aransas Bay.
PORT ARANSAS: Trout are fair to good on reefs on live shrimp and mullet. Bull redfish are good at the jetty and on the beachfront on natural baits.
CORPUS CHRISTI: Bull redfish are good in the surf on mullet and shrimp. Redfish are good in the holes on live bait. Trout are fair to good around spoils for waders working mud on small topwaters.
BAFFIN BAY: Trout are good on plum Down South Lures, Gamblers and Bass Assassins around rocks and grass. Trout are good while drifting deep rocks. Trout are good in the Land Cut at night under lights.
PORT MANSFIELD: Trout are fair to good on the shorelines and spoils on soft plastics and plugs. Redfish are good while drifting pot holes on topwaters and soft plastics under a popping cork.
SOUTH PADRE: Trout are good on soft plastics under corks on the edge of the channel. Redfish are good in Airport Cove and on the Gas Well Flats on DOA Shrimp and Gulps.
PORT ISABEL: Trout and redfish are good at Laguna Vista on Gulps, live shrimp and DOA Shrimp under corks. Redfish are good on the edge of the flats on the outgoing tide on shrimp under a cork.
