ROCKINGHAM, Vt. (AP) - The former head of the New England Center for Circus Arts’ capital campaign has begun work as Rockingham’s new development director.

Gary Fox started the position on Monday, taking over for previous director Emmet Dunbar. The Brattleboro Reformer reports Dunbar resigned in September, saying the position should be full-time.

Fox will continue work with the NECCA part time, and will also retain his position as the executive director of the Sustainable Valley Group.

Fox says he expects to be comfortable in the position, as his previous work has been focused on development.
