LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas police have killed a man who they say attacked another man with a shovel.
Police say they got a report of a man acting erratically and attacking a security guard with a shovel Saturday. They say officers shot the man after he refused to drop what seemed to be two axes.
This is the fifth officer-involved shooting by the Las Vegas police department this year.
The names of the officers involved in the shooting and the deceased man’s name have not been released.
