The Islamic State is being slowly pushed out of towns in Iraq and Syria, but its hold on social media is continuing with new directives to followers on new ways for “slaughtering” non-Muslims.

The terror Army’s official Rumiyah (Rome, a desired conquest) magazine tells Muslims how to commit “Just Terror Attacks.”

For one, start purchasing weapons at U.S. gun shows to avoid background checks, or if that fails, use a knife and baseball bat. The terror group wants more jihadis to get into the hostage-taking business, telling them how to subdue “screams.” Good locations for “massacres” are college campuses, movie theaters, and swimming pools.

The Islamic State, identified by the Pentagon by the acronym ISIS, also tells extremists to place fake job or real estate ads on Craigslist and eBay to lure victims, according to a translation by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), which monitors jihadi communications.

The Rumiyah’s ninth issue states, “Ideal target locations for hostage-taking scenarios include night clubs, movie theaters, busy shopping malls and large stores, popular restaurants, concert halls, university campuses, public swimming pools, indoor ice skating rinks, and generally any busy enclosed area, as such an environment [that] allows for one to take control of the situation by rounding up the kuffar [non Muslim] present inside and allows one to massacre them while using the building as a natural defense against any responding force attempting to enter and bring the operation to a quick halt.”

A rash of ISIS-directed and -inspired attacks have occurred in the U.S., Europe and other sites. ISIL terrorists used vehicles as steam-roller weapons in France, England and Germany, as well as firearms in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, San Bernardino and Paris.

ISIS directive on hostage taking encourages attackers to follow the tactics in the Nov. 13, 2015, Bataclan theater in Paris and in the June 12, 2016, Orlando gay night club. ISIS terrorists brutally murdered 89 innocents inside the concert hall. The Orlando single-jihadi killed 49.

The new ISIS directive seeks to make those methods standard operating procedure. It wants jihadis to kill as many people as possible, while taking hostages to slow the approach of rescuers.

“The raid was immensely successful, resulting in the harvest of 89 dead Crusader citizens and over 200 wounded,” ISIS said. “Similarly, Omar Mateen (Orlando shooter) superbly demonstrated this scenario when, having armed himself with an assault rifle and a handgun, he single-handedly slaughtered 49 sodomites — by Allah’s permission — and wounded 44 others, taking advantage of the slow initial police response and utilizing that window of opportunity to massacre as many of them as he possibly could.”

The magazine shows a photo of a U.S. gun show and exhorts followers, “In most US states, anything from a single-shot shotgun all the way up to a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle can be purchased at showrooms or through online sales — by way of private dealers — with no background checks, and without requiring either an ID or a gun license. And with approximately 5,000 gun shows taking place annually within the United States, the acquisition of firearms becomes a very easy matter.

Most states do not require background checks for a buyer making a private purchase at a gun show.

Mateen cleared a federal background check required for sales at gun stores and bought an AR-15-style rifle and magazines.

In Europe, with porous borders and illegal gun merchants, firearms are readily available, ISIS says.

ISIS writes, “Much like its Crusader European counterparts, the UK faces a gun control dilemma as it feebly attempts to fend off the influx of weapons, but to no avail. Guns are readily available for purchase on the streets of Britain, even if not to the extent of their availability on the streets of its Crusader European partners.”

To lure single victims, ISIS says, place an ad for a small apartment in a way not likely to attract a Muslim and “dispatching” a single victim.

“One should not initiate his attack until the target has fully entered the property and is comfortable, so as to avoid any struggle and prevent the chance of him fleeing,” ISIS says. “It is essential to have a suitable weapon for one’s operation, i.e. a strong, sharp knife, and possibly a bat or a small club that one may use to subdue the victim by striking them over the head before slaughtering them.”

“One should ensure that if there are any screams from his victim, they do not result in the operation being compromised,” the magazine says. “This can be resolved by simply having a background noise that drowns out any other sounds, such as raising the volume of the television, radio, etc.”

For truck attacks, ISIS commands, pick as targets festivals, congested streets, rallies and outdoor markets.

ISIS-inspired terrorists have carried out such massacres in Nice, France, Berlin and Westminster, London, in the towering shadow of Big Ben.

How to acquire a large but fast cargo truck? Rent, buy or steal. ISIL advocates a “double wheel load bearing truck” for more efficient killings.

ISIS is able to keep its sprawling Internet social media campaign humming despite losing territory in Iraq and Syria to a U.S.-led coalition of NATO allies, Arabs and Kurds.
