A person attempted to invade the White House grounds on Wednesday but was arrested.

The U.S. Secret Service said in a tweet that it “detains individual who attempted to jump over bike rack barricade near @WhiteHouse.”

The arrest came just hours after the Secret Service detained a man carrying two guns and dozens of rounds of ammunition at the Trump Hotel a block away. It also came a day after the agency reportedly was in contact with comedian Kathy Griffin about a “beheading” video she had made of President Trump.

Security around the White House was upped but was quickly returned to normal, the Secret Service said.
