CLEVELAND (AP) - The divorce attorney for a woman fatally stabbed outside a Cleveland office tower has been sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty to lying to police about where he was when she was killed.

No one has been arrested for Sherman’s slaying.
In addition to pleading guilty to falsification earlier this month, Moore pleaded guilty to inducing panic for calling in bomb threats to courthouses because he wasn’t prepared for hearings
Moore said in court Tuesday that he regrets his past decisions.
