Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan are celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary in Maine.
Zuckerberg wrote on Facebook that he makes a point to celebrate each anniversary in a special way because his company went public the day before his wedding and he ended up cutting his honeymoon short.
He wrote that some years, the anniversary has been spent in Japan or France, but that this weekend they were in “rural Maine.” The exact location wasn’t disclosed.
The anniversary was Friday. Zuckerberg wrote on Facebook: “One lesson I’ve learned from marriage is that exploring together just gets better over time.”
Zuckerberg has been traveling the country with a goal of visiting all 50 states this year. His wife has accompanied him on many of the road trips.
