A house owned by Jennifer Lopez in Hidden Hills, California, has finally sold for $10 million. While the pop star made a profit on the property itself, it’s far less than she had hoped to get for it, Variety reported Thursday.
The news comes shortly after reports that the “Shades of Blue” star is romantically involved with former Yankee third baseman and current Fox Sports studio analyst Alex Rodriguez.
Ms. Lopez purchased the nine-bedroom, 12-bath home for $8.2 million in 2010 and first tried to part with it in January 2015 with a listing price of $17.5, Variety explained. The last listing price prior to sale was $12.5 million.
