SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The National Weather Service says a storm will produce cold temperatures, strong winds and snowfall across much of the state Sunday and Monday.
Forecasters say snow levels are expected to drop to most valley floors across a wide swath of the state.
Meanwhile, a flood warning remains in effect until Monday afternoon in parts of northern Utah due to snowmelt.
The flood warning is in effect for Cache and Rich counties as well as northeastern parts of Weber, Box Elder and Morgan counties.
The weather service says soils in parts of the region are already saturated.
