ST. MATTHEWS, S.C. (AP) - State Law Enforcement Division officers have charged three men with diverting products from their employer.

SLED said in a news release Tuesday that the men are charged with taking products from Southeast Food Distribution in Gaston.

SLED said the men are accused of breach of trust in the diverting of stock and pallets worth at least $10,000. SLED says the men’s actions were captured on video.

Those charged are 43-year-old Anthony Gerald James of Lexington, 36-year-old Nathan Scott Barrett of Kershaw and 41-year-old Charles Eugene Boyd of Lancaster.

It was not known if the men have attorneys.
