MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Dedric Lawson scored 29 points on 11-of-15 shooting and made four assists for the 101st of his career, and Memphis rallied in the second half to beat Tulane 92-70 on Thursday night to end a four-game skid and close out its season.

Lawson is the first player in school history to score 500 points, grab 300 rebounds and dish out 100 assists in a season.

K.J. Lawson scored 13 points, Jeremiah Martin had 12 with five assists, and the Tigers (20-11, 10-8 American Athletic Conference) made 23 of 33 free throws to the Green Wave’s 10 of 18.

Trailing 39-34 at halftime, Memphis pulled ahead 44-43 on Martin’s layup early in the second half, then pulled away on a 17-4 run and led 67-51 at the midway point. Keon Clergeot’s 3-pointer with 1:46 left gave the Tigers a 24-point lead.

Memphis was outrebounded 43-36, but outscored Tulane 40-34 in the paint and scored 19 points off of 15 turnovers.

Melvin Frazier scored 16 points and Cameron Reynolds had 15 for Tulane (5-25, 2-16).
