PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - A Florida Panhandle man has been convicted of fatally shooting another man.

The Pensacola News Journal (https://goo.gl/XahFwS ) reports that an Escambia County jury found 26-year-old Joshea Gilliams guilty Thursday of second-degree murder. He faces up to life in prison at an April 6 sentencing.

Surveillance video shows 22-year-old Jesse James Bryant Jr. driving down a Pensacola street in January 2015 when another man stopped the driver in the street, punched him through the window and shot him. Bryant sped off and made it to a nearby gas station, where he collapsed. He later died at a hospital.

Gilliams was arrested 11 days later when police found him in a car connected to the shooting, along with the gun.
