LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) - A month after two men were found shot to death at a motel, Gwinnett County police have arrested the man they believe pulled the trigger.

Lawrenceville Police spokesman, Capt. Greg Vaughn, tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://on-ajc.com/2lebfZ5 ) 35-year-old Ladarrwin Copeland faces charges of murder, aggravated assault and weapons violations in the deaths of 50-year-old Timothy Rodgers and 52-year-old Ricky Johnson. He’s being held in the Gwinnett County jail without bond. It was unknown if Copeland is represented by an attorney.

Johnson and Rodgers were found dead Jan. 28 outside the Crossland Studio Suites in Lawrenceville. Police have not said what led to the shooting.
