As an NBA analyst, Charles Barkley has seen a lot of one-sided basketball throughout the playoffs. So with TNT not broadcasting the NBA Finals, Barkley has been free to discuss his other interest — hockey.
Barkley appeared on NBC’s broadcast of Game 4 of the Nashville Predators-Pittsburgh Penguins series, praising the Stanley Cup Finals and slamming the NBA.

Barkley also crashed a pregame press conference for hockey great Wayne Gretzky, asking him who his favorite black athlete of all time was.
Barkley gave an interview to Sportsnet as well, telling the Canadian network he watches the NHL playoffs while on set of “Inside the NBA.”
