SEATTLE (AP) - Authorities say they have arrested a 28-year-old woman in the fatal shooting of another 28-year-old woman following a party in the White Center area south of Seattle.
The Seattle Times reports (https://goo.gl/0yml4c ) that according to the King County Sheriff’s Office, the women knew each other and had both been at a party nearby when they began fighting in a parking lot.
Several people called 911 to report hearing shots at about 1 a.m. Arriving police arrived to find one woman dead at the scene and the other suffering from minor injuries from the fight. That woman was taken to a hospital before being booked into King County Jail for investigation of murder.
The women’s names were not immediately released.
