DRAPER, Utah (AP) - A Utah man who spent 20 years in state prison is going back after being caught in an underage sex sting.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/2sXsDlL ) 39-year-old Richard D. Lawrimore is accused of chatting online with an undercover officer who he thought was a 13-year-old girl.

Prosecutors say he planned to meet the girl and have sex with her in February, but was met by officers who arrested him.

Lawrimore pleaded guilty on Monday to attempted enticing or soliciting a minor by internet, a third-degree felony. He was immediately sentenced to up to five years in prison.

Lawrimore was released on parole last September after serving 20 years in prison for a 1996 robbery, in which he and his father are accused of trying to kill three Arby’s employees.
